Guarantees recruitment

Leaufort, recruitment and selection agency, is a member of OAWS, the Dutch trade association for recruitment, selection and executive search agencies.

That Leaufort is convinced of the effectiveness of its approach as one of the recruitment and selection agencies affiliated with OAWS is not without reason. In the past we have proved that our method of working produces excellent results. Leaufort therefore guarantees a successful recruitment.

In the unlikely event that you do not find the final candidate satisfactory within three months after commencement of employment or when the candidate concludes that he or she does not fit in with the organization, Leaufort is one of the few recruitment and selection agencies to carry out the whole procedure once more without extra charges (with the exception of advertising costs).
