Competence managementCompetence management is sometimes seen as a fad, but provided that it is used well, it is a strong business management tool. After all, a solid bond between organizational strategy and the related competencies of departments and individuals particularly strengthens the organization and thereby the market position of your organization. In other words, it is a matter of sharping up the distinctiveness. Leaufort designs and supervises complete procedures and also provides guidance and training for the management and HRM officials who monitor the system. We also apply competence and coaching as a supplement to selection procedures, organizational scans and staffing problems. This would involve competence scans or coaching procedures as pro-active instruments. On the basis of competence scans Leaufort investigates whether people have the right qualities to fulfil the current or aspired job properly now or in the future (with a three year-scope). In addition we offer coaching to help employees along the way in their current or new job.
